Hitachi Construction - short term unsecured credit facility worth AUD$450 million to refinance existing financial indebtedness in acquiring Bradken Resources.

Acting for lenders in relation to $370m facility to a Middle Eastern government body secured by a portfolio of hotels including Novotel Darling Harbour, Novotel and Ibis Sydney Olympic Park, Novotel Canberra, Ibis Darling Harbour and Pullman Sydney Olympic Park.

RedZed Lending Solutions - acquiring a portfolio of commercial and asset finance businesses worth AUD $240 million from ME Bank.
