I have significant experience providing strategic employment and work health and safety advice.

I assist clients to navigate sensitive performance and disciplinary matters, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, underpayment claims, and industrial disputes. I also work with clients in a range of industries to manage work health and safety risks. I have acted for clients in disputes in Federal and State jurisdictions, and provide strategic advice that is informed by my litigation experience.

I regularly work with both private sector and public sector clients. I have specialist knowledge of administrative law relevant to my work assisting decision-makers with employment and disciplinary processes.
