Andrew Reid
Senior Manager - Education Consulting, Melbourne
I partner with leaders to navigate complex regulatory environments, improve institutional quality, and strengthen governance. My work connects data, operations and strategy to deliver consistent, long term outcomes.

My strengths include translating regulatory expectations into practical operating models, developing evidence based insights, and guiding executive teams through high stakes change.

Prior to joining MinterEllison’s Education Consulting team, I held senior roles in multinational education organisations and within university operations, with experience spanning strategy, compliance, curriculum design and market analysis.

My qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Health Science, studied at both Australian and international institutions, complemented by further postgraduate study that strengthened my strategic and analytical approach.
