I specialise in state insurance litigation. Commencing my legal career as a Legal Counsel with the Victorian WorkCover Authority in January 2005, I have expanded my experience to include the commonwealth jurisdiction, and have gained extensive exposure to litigation in Victorian and Commonwealth courts and tribunals.

I am dedicated to achieving the best result for my clients, whether it be through a negotiated settlement or a defence to a claim in court and consider I have good judgment when advising clients on their prospects of success.   • Completed a Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution and Judicial Administration which has provided me with the opportunity to develop my skills in negotiation, significantly assisting in achieving the best results in settlements.
  • Successfully instructed in defending a claim in the High Court of Australia.
  • Defended numerous claims for damages, including bullying, harassment and overwork claims and have been involved in large litigation cases in Victoria including Brown v Maurice Blackburn Cashman and Taylor v Haileybury.
