I recently returned to MinterEllison to focus on private equity, special situations and alternative funding after spending nearly four years working for a corporate law firm. There, I worked on deals including PEP and Carlyle's joint purchase of iNova, and KKR's purchase of Laser Clinics Australia. I have also worked to advise the likes of Affinity Equity Partners, ICG, Allegro and VGI Partners.
