Christine Plevey

I have extensive experience in insurance and risk, having acted for many of Australia’s major insurers across a broad range of personal injury claims. These have arisen under general liability, professional indemnity, medical malpractice, and directors’ and officers’ coverage.

My specialty is medical negligence claims against doctors and nurses –especially acting for medical defence organisations and private hospital operators in the defence of such claims.
