David Pearce
Partner, Brisbane
My expertise involves delivering major infrastructure projects – primarily in Queensland, but also around Australia. I enjoy working as part of a project team on nation-building initiatives, such as the construction or upgrade of major railways, roads, dams, pipelines, ports and airports.

My clients value my assistance with their day-to-day procurement and construction activities. This help includes setting up user friendly, robust contract template suites and managing disputes with contractors and subcontractors.

Known as a reliable and calm problem-solver with a broad knowledge base, I take an active interest in my clients’ businesses and the broader construction, resources and government sectors. I am particularly interested in the impact of emerging technologies such as ICT contracting and autonomous vehicles.
