Deanne Gedge
Director, Melbourne
I partner with higher education leaders to shape quality operations that unlock student potential. With experience across higher education, government, and small business, I bring strategic expertise in regulation, compliance, communications, governance, and stakeholder engagement—always focused on meaningful outcomes.

I thrive in environments that call for analytical thinking, clear communication, and streamlined decision-making. Whether mapping processes, writing reports, or managing projects, I bring strong organisation and a results-driven mindset. Outside of work, I contribute through volunteering and board roles and gain just as much in return. These experiences keep me connected to diverse perspectives, challenge my thinking, and motivate me to be an example of the kind of social change I want to help create.
