With over 25+ years advising Australia's most active Private Equity sponsors and corporates across complex and cross-border M&A transactions, I combine deep transactional expertise with commercial insight across diverse industries.

Lee is a recognised specialist in M&A, private equity, and public market transactions. He brings wide-ranging industry experience across media, health, energy and infrastructure, entertainment, data and technology, agriculture, education, and food & beverages. Most recently, Lee led teams advising global private capital giant KKR on the acquisition of Zenith Energy.

Lee has taken a lead role in advising on some highly complex PE and public M&A transactions. His sponsor clients boast Adamantem, Affinity Equity Partners, Apax Partners, BGH Capital, CPE Capital, EQT, KKR, KKR Credit and PAG. His transactional experience in complex and high-profile private capital transactions and commercial insight is highly valued by clients.
