My strengths are in working with other specialist groups within MinterEllison (including MinterEllison's real estate and infrastructure teams) to deliver complex real estate, development and infrastructure projects. My depth of experience in both the real estate and development spaces enables me to properly integrate all real estate and construction aspects of major development projects.
I bring a commercial lens to my clients and take pride in my ability to find novel solutions to complex problems often encountered in the course of documenting and delivering major projects.

- Dexus – Sydney Tech Hub: advised Dexus on all aspects of the land acquisition for and development of Atlassian's new c.$1.4bn headquarters in Sydney within the New South Wales State Government-led 'Tech Central' precinct, including negotiating the project development agreement with TfNSW, the agreement for lease with Atlassian, and the development and adjoining owners' agreements with YHA, Toga and the owners of Central Place Sydney;
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia - Commonwealth Bank Place: acted for Commonwealth Bank of Australia in relation to the redevelopment and lease from Lendlease and the ADIA of its 60,000 square metre office precinct at Commonwealth Bank Place, Darling Quarter;
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia – Bankwest Raine Square: acted for Commonwealth Bank of Australia on all aspects of the redevelopment and leasing of Bankwest's headquarters at Bankwest Place, Raine Square, Perth;
- Mirvac - QLD Treasury Build to Rent Pilot Project: acted for Mirvac on its successful bid to deliver QLD's first build to rent project, incorporating both affordable housing and market housing and using the State's innovative subsidy structure, including negotiating the project delivery agreement and accompanying subsidy agreement;
- HINSW - Pathways to Community Living (Stage 2): acting for Health Infrastructure NSW in relation to the statewide Pathways to Community Living Initiative, involving the proposed delivery and long term operation by third party CHPs of community-based facilities for the accommodation, treatment and care of people with severe and persistent mental illness within NSW;
- Garden Island - Fleet Base East: acted for NSW Roads and Maritime Services in relation to the critical infrastructure recovery works at Fleet Base East, Garden Island and in relation to the renegotiation and extension of the Commonwealth Department of Defence's existing tenure arrangements at Garden Island and the surrounding naval waters;
- North Shore Health Hub - acted for the Dexus Healthcare Wholesale Property Fund in relation to the acquisition and development of the North Shore Health Hub, St Leonards, including the land acquisition contract and development agreement;
- Dexus – 100 Mount Street - acted for Dexus in relation to the negotiation of various agreements for lease in connection with the development of its 42,000 sqm office tower at 100 Mount Street, North Sydney;
- Stockland – M_Park: acted for Stockland in relation to the acquisition from Johnson & Johnson of 1-5 Khartoum Road, North Ryde and the negotiation of transaction documentation for the development and lease of Johnson & Johnson's new Australian headquarters at Stockland's M_Park; and
- NSW Land and Housing Corporation – Communities Plus: acting for LAHC on the redevelopment of various social housing projects across New South Wales as part of its innovative 'Communities Plus' mixed-tenure renewal program, including negotiating the project development agreements for the ongoing Communities Plus projects in Ivanhoe, Redfern and Arncliffe.

- Prologis: acting for Prologis on all aspects of the €1.585 billion acquisition of the Crossbay pan-European urban logistics portfolio from MARK;
- Rothesay Life: advising Rothesay's Illiquid Asset Transition Team on all aspects of the transfer of a large mixed-use portfolio of properties as part of a £4 billion 'buy-in' transaction with the Cooperative Pension Scheme;
- Castleforge: acting for a Castleforge/Gamuda Berhad joint venture in relation to the c.£257 million acquisition of Winchester House, Deutsche Bank's former London headquarters, for the purposes of redevelopment;
- Stoneweg: acting for Stoneweg on all real estate aspects of Stoneweg's c.€280 million acquisition of Cromwell Property Group's European funds management platform and various associated interests (together, with an underlying €3.9 billion AUM);
- Jessie Street Centre: acted for Brookfield on the c.$400 million sale of Jessie Street Centre, Parramatta to Charter Hall and GIC; and
- acting for Dexus, AMP Capital, GPT, Blackrock, KKR/Mirastar, PIMCO, Partners Group, J.P. Morgan, EQT Exeter, Apollo Global Management, Fife Capital and many other institutional investors in relation to real estate and development transactions.
