I am a specialist in driving technology enabled transformation programs and helping organisations maximise value from their technology functions, vendor partnerships and service provider contracts. I use my extensive experience to support both public and private sector clients in their most complex technology and business challenges.

With over a decade in tier one technology consulting and advisory firms, I bring a wealth of experience in delivering large scale transformation programs and providing organisations with strategic advice on their technology investments. My areas of expertise include IT Operating Model design and implementation, Service Integration and Management (SIAM) adoption, Technology Sourcing and Procurement, Vendor and Contract Management, Business and IT Process optimisation and Program and Project Management. My clients span a number of industries including Victorian and Federal Government, Financial Services and Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Career highlights

  • Orchestrated the Operating Model design and adoption of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) for a large federal government agency including the education and socialisation of SIAM to the business leaders.
  • Redesigned the Operating Model for several technology divisions at a federal government agency in alignment with new multi-year outsourcing partnerships and establishing collaborative practices between the client's internal teams and service provider operational staff.
  • Led the operating model design for a global FMCG client across Asia Pacific in alignment with their new corporate objectives and IT Strategy resulting in unified practices across eight regions and improved the utilisation of shared capabilities the business units.
  • Managed a $70M business transformation program for a state government agency to procure and implement a new critical business systems while optimising business processes for a state government agency.
  • Defined and managed the Day 1 and Day 2 IT integration strategy for an FMCG client following the acquisition a new business including the development of communications to staff and setup of technology services at the new business site locations.
  • Led sourcing activities at a Financial Services client for a range of core technology services totalling $25M in spend following the separation from its parent entity including the development and execution of the sourcing strategy, contract development, negotiation and contract and vendor management.
