I act for a diverse range of stakeholders within the property industry, including both private and public sector clients.

I have a depth of experience in all areas of property law with a particular focus on commercial and retail leasing and licensing, sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential land developments and subdivisions, due diligences, acting for buyers, and general property advisory work.

  • Centuria Capital Group: Acted in relation to the acquisition and leasing of its commercial (including retail) and industrial assets throughout Australia.
  • Viva Energy Group: Acted on the acquisition of the Coles Express petrol convenience business and the OTR Group.
  • Peet Limited: Advised in relation to all aspects of its various Western Australian staged residential subdivision and development projects in Western Australia.
  • Australasian Property Investments Limited: Acted on the operation and leasing/ of all commercial, retail and industrial assets in Western Australia, including a number of metropolitan shopping centres. This included preparing and negotiating all leasing and licensing documents (including leases, extensions, variations, assignments and surrenders), providing various advice in respect of the day to day management and operation of the shopping centres, preparing/negotiating various ancillary documents such as property management and leasing agency agreements and regularly undertaking title reviews to remove any expired or unnecessary encumbrances.
