• Supported Growthpoint Properties Australia Ltd on the establishment of a logistics partnership with TPG Angelo Gordon.
• Advised Dexus Real Estate Equity Partners on residential asset acquisitions and developments.
• Advised University of Notre Dame on its acquisition of the Blackfriars Campus from UTS.
• Provided duty advice to Kurraba Group and Altea Investments on their joint venture acquisition of 1 Central Avenue, Eveleigh.
• Provided structuring and stamp duty advice to Toga Central Development on a proposed state significant redevelopment.
