Silvino is a Special Counsel in MinterEllison’s Tax Controversy team, with over 15 years’ experience in tax disputes, litigation and advisory matters across corporate and high-net-worth clients.

I bring a unique perspective to tax disputes, having worked both in private practice and within the ATO’s Review and Dispute Resolution group. My approach is strategic, informed and client-focused.

  • Advising a global resources company (USD$40B+ revenue) on a high-priority ATO dispute involving document review, executive interviews and strategic submissions.
  • Representing a global pharmaceutical company in a transfer pricing dispute with the ATO concerning intercompany pricing arrangements.
  • Conducting tax litigation in the Federal Court of Australia and Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
