My experience encompasses the building, construction, resources, energy transition, and real estate sectors, allowing effective representation of my clients in both State and Federal Courts, domestic and international arbitrations, adjudications and other dispute resolution forums.
I’m recognised for my ability to efficiently manage large teams of lawyers, experts, and claims consultants on high-value and complex construction disputes to achieve the best results for my clients. Alongside my construction litigation practice, I also advise clients on dispute avoidance techniques, including effective contractual administration strategies, providing a full service across the project lifecycle. I have a strong understanding of the insurance products applicable in the construction and resources industries. My clients are located across Australia, and I actively represent them in disputes across multiple states and internationally.
