Susie Inat

Best known for my work with South Australia’s local government sector, I have a reputation for providing quality practical legal outcomes and advice that adeptly balances the political sensitivities faced by clients.

My principal interest is in governance and matters of statutory interpretation, but I also investigate complaints and code of conduct allegations. I have acted for all the large metropolitan councils in South Australia, as well as smaller regional councils and subsidiaries.

I have a background in commercial and property law, and have acted for a range of private clients, including developers.
