Tim Hanmore
Partner, Brisbane
I work closely with clients at all stages of project development – from securing approvals to managing environmental incidents and advising on major transactions. I advise both private and government clients on the complexities of the environmental law regime across industries including property development, infrastructure and energy and resources. I also do on-site visits to understand how you operate so I can tailor my approach to your needs. When necessary, I develop and implement a tough prosecution defence strategy, with a flawless record to date.

I am results focussed. It is my job to do more than simply outline the law. I will provide a recommendation based on experience and supported by sound logic. I will always look to simplify unnecessary complexities, and to speak plainly and deliver in a format that suits you.
