I work with public and private sector employers to assist them to identify and reconcile their legal and commercial objectives. I have expertise in employment litigation and strategy, including acting in complex breach of contract, post-employment restraint, unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims. I also guide employers through challenging industrial relations issues.

In addition to specific expertise in employment litigation, my experience includes working with clients to manage day-to-day workplace matters, discrimination, harassment and bullying issues and conducting and advising on investigations, and conducting training and compliance reviews. I also have substantial experience in assisting employers to manage workplace change.

I support clients operating in a range of sectors and industries, including retail, financial services, construction, government, telecommunications, transport, information technology and health.
