Two new partner appointments boost partner strength in private equity and infrastructure. The new partners reflect client and market demands.

MinterEllison has boosted its partner ranks with two strategic partners appointments.

Meredith Riley is a partner in the Infrastructure, Construction and Projects team. She brings deep experience in infrastructure and has previously worked with Ashurst.

Kimberley Low will be a partner in the Private Equity and M&A team after a decade with Linklaters in London.

MinterEllison CEO and Managing Partner, Virginia Briggs said: "I'm delighted to welcome Meredith and Kimberley to the firm and their leadership positions. They both have excellent and proven skills and experience in their respective fields and will bring valuable insights and solutions to our clients and our industry sectors.

"The appointments reflect business priorities in key areas in Australia including infrastructure - which has been boosted by funding from federal and state governments and industry superfunds; as well as private equity - which due to volatile equity markets during 2022 has risen in prominence as a key source of funding in Australian capital markets.

“MinterEllison is continuing to invest in and grow our legal and consulting capability as part of our multi-disciplinary and industry approach. We're delighted to have attracted Meredith and Kimberley to our teams,” said Briggs.
