Dan Williams heads our Brisbane Human Resources and Industrial Relations practice. He has extensive advisory and litigious experience across the full spectrum of workplace law.

From sensitive executive issues to profile industrial disputes, Dan’s practice spans multiple sectors including health, manufacturing, mining and refining, primary production, professional services, transport and aviation.

He has broad expertise across industrial strategy and disputes, bargaining, discrimination, dismissals, superannuation, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety, and all aspects of executive employment.

He deals widely in complex workplace implications of major corporate transactions and restructures.

In the courts and tribunals, Dan has conducted a wide range of proceedings including management of strikes, unfair and unlawful dismissals, discrimination, contested union coverage, and coronial inquests.
