Martin Gannoni (Special Counsel, Victoria) has more than 20 years litigation and advisory experience with a focus in the area of workers' compensation and personal injury law. This included six years as in-house counsel with a large workers' compensation insurer.
Martin is highly experienced in personal injury litigation and has been involved in a number of Supreme Court appeals involving complex cases in this area. He has also successfully represented clients in the health industry in litigation and has particular expertise in medical panel appeals under the Administrative Law Act.
Martin's clients include a wide range of manufacturers, hospitals, self-insured employers and Worksafe Victoria.
