Steve’s recognised local government expertise draws upon more than 25 years’ experience acting for one of Australia’s largest public authorities on diverse planning and environment, governance and public risk issues. For many years, he has provided high-level advice on numerous sensitive and strategic matters as well as delivering a broad range of in-house training programs to all levels of local government.
Steve brings more than 30 years’ experience to his recognised litigation and dispute resolution practice. His roles include numerous appearances acting as a solicitor advocate in courts, dispute resolution mediations, and without prejudice meetings. He has successfully conducted major litigation in superior and specialist Planning and Environment Courts for both public authorities and industry-based clients.
