23 July 2012

AIM is the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies. Since its launch in 1995, more than 3000 businesses from around the world have been admitted to AIM.

Careful preparation and the identification of potential issues at an early stage is crucial to a successful international AIM admission. To assist with the planning process, we have drawn on our experience in advising AIM companies in the Asia Pacific region to prepare this guide for prospective AIM companies.

The guide highlights a number of threshold issues which companies need to consider, including the AIM admission timetable, and explains how our experienced team can support you through the process.
