 Through the ABCN we have helped build:

• the 'RISE', 'GOALS' and 'Aspirations' mentoring programs to boost educational outcomes for secondary school students
• the award-winning 'Focus' mentoring program for future female leaders
• the 'SPARK' reading program to boost literacy skills for primary students, and
• a network of more than 30 companies committed to collective impact through business-education partnerships.

For more than a decade we have invested the skills, time and commitment of our diverse workforce to deliver a range of tailored mentoring and partnership programs to improve educational outcomes for Australian students. The programs are delivered in collaboration with ABCN, high-needs public schools across Australia and leading Australian businesses with whom we share a commitment to educational opportunities.

Together with ABCN, we helped to develop the Focus program to boost the leadership skills of young women in Australian public schools. Focus was awarded three Global Best Awards in 2014 and continues to be delivered by MinterEllison as part of our annual commitment to mentoring programs.

We have also endowed a perpetual MinterEllison Scholarship for Future Women Leaders through the ABCN Scholarship Foundation. The scholarship provides crucial support for a high-potential student from a disadvantaged background to make a successful transition from high school to university. The scholarship comprises a mix of financial assistance and access to a MinterEllison mentor commencing in Year 11 and extending into the first year of higher education.
