2 minute read  26.07.2021 Harriet Eager, Kate Pennicott, Lee Rossetto, Paul Paxton, Matthew Glenn, Anthony Poynton, Ben Fuller, Tom Fletcher, Kylie Diwell, Lisa Jarrett, Dan Williams

Our higher education team provide specialist legal and consulting services based on an in-depth understanding of the complex, unique and high-risk opportunities and challenges facing clients within the sector.

We work with nearly every Australian university and have advised on matters ranging from high level strategic issues relevant to mission, registration and major development through to the day-to-day challenges of running universities, including staff and student grievance and misconduct matters. It's through our understanding of working directly with our university clients that we developed a bi-annual webinar series that investigates the topical opportunities and challenges facing our clients in the university sector.
