One of the first online agent rating sites to launch in Australia, RMA is an online digital marketing business which provides data on real estate agents, their active residential property listings and sale results.

The data from RMA’s platform can be used by agents to build their brand and market themselves, or by vendors to compare agents and find an agent or agency to sell their property.

MinterEllison advised RMA in relation to all aspects of the IPO and ASX listing, including undertaking due diligence and chairing the due diligence process, drafting the prospectus, obtaining Corporations Act modifications from ASIC and advising on various employment arrangements for executives and senior managers and employee share / option plans.
