MinterEllison has advised leading Australian Private Equity firm Quadrant Private Equity on the formation of Quadrant’s A$400million fund. As the private equity sector leader’s tenth fund, the Quadrant Growth Fund closed just five weeks after the capital raising was launched.

MinterEllison has a longstanding relationship with Quadrant Private Equity. The firm has advised on the formation of many of its previous funds, including Quadrant's most recent fund launched in 2017, Quadrant Private Equity Fund 6, a $1.15 billion fund.
