MinterEllison's role included advising on the IPO, secondary capital raising, capital raisings, ASX listing, rights issues and entitlement offers, corporate transactions and funds formation.

The offer structure for the IPO was complex, since participation was contingent on having participated in the capital raising for VGI Partners Global Investments Limited.
