Carmen Hodges
Special Counsel, Melbourne
I have more than 20 years' experience in personal injury litigation, practising predominantly in the area of medical negligence since 2004. During this time, I have acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in claims involving private and public hospitals, medical practitioners and health professionals.

My specialty is defending doctors and hospitals against medical malpractice claims and at coronial inquests. I also have experience with professional conduct inquiries. As a consequence, I understand the stress associated with these matters and the need to protect the reputation of the hospital, medical practitioner or health professional.
