  • Advised various clients in relation to construction adjudication claims under the Construction Contracts (Former Provisions) Act 2004 and Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021.
  • Advised a major developer in relation to a contractor's failure to complete works on a commercial building complex in Perth.
  • Advised the principal contractor on the construction of a tunnel in Sydney, including a multi-million dollar ACICA Arbitration.
  • Advised the EPC contractor on a series of disputes with the owner arising out of the engineering, procurement and construction of onshore works of a major LNG facility in Australia.
  • Acted for an international contractor in VIAC arbitration proceedings regarding a urban rail project in South-East Asia.
  • Acted for the lead engineering firm in relation to a building following the collapse of a roof canopy
