My expertise is in commercial management of strategic vendors, predominantly in complex environments including large scale transformation programs involving system integration across both private and government sectors. With a background and experience across all aspects of outsourced ICT environments, I have supported and led critical activities for clients across sourcing and negotiation, service implementation and transition, service delivery and vendor management, including performance management and remediation.
