My expertise is in commercial management of strategic vendors, predominantly in complex environments including large scale transformation programs across both private and government sectors. With a background and experience across all aspects of outsourced ICT environments, I have supported and led critical activities for clients across sourcing and negotiation, service implementation, service delivery and vendor management.

I am passionate about leveraging my experience and expertise in all aspects of outsourced ICT environments to drive pragmatic solutions that deliver beneficial outcomes to clients. I enjoy working in complex and dynamic environments and am proud of my track record of utilising my operational experience to deliver solutions that are workable across all levels.

  • Provided subject matter expertise across a number of complex transformation projects for both private and federal government clients
  • Designed and implemented a PMO style team to support a $600m core infrastructure program
  • Led the delivery of streamlined dashboard reporting including the implementation of a central data repository with consolidated data across a number of data sources
  • Provided advice and stream lead support on a large scale procurement activity for End User Support Services covering service desk services, service integration services and desktop user services
  • Renegotiation of a major ICT infrastructure agreement underpinning retail systems
