As the Director of MinterEllison’s Workplace Investigations Unit, I supervise a team of skilled investigators across Australia who are ready to mobilise and assist clients with their workplace investigation needs. Our investigators are highly-trained in conducting best practice investigations and are thought leaders within the industry.

Our unmatched expertise, professionalism and highly tailored approach make us the ideal choice to assist clients in this challenging arena.

I have directly investigated or supervised investigations before the Crime and Corruption Commission Queensland, allegations involving senior executives and a range of other complex issues including workplace misconduct, discrimination, bullying and harassment and work safety incidents. In all investigations I strive to provide a timely, comprehensive and legally defensible report.

As an experienced employment lawyer, I advise on a wide range of issues including termination of employment, contract drafting, redundancy and employee entitlements. My advice aims to be technically excellent but also practical and timely, with a clear focus on the client's business objectives.
