Jessie Earl
Special Counsel, Perth
I have over ten years' experience as a litigator in all aspects of civil litigation. I specialise in medical malpractice and professional regulation, representing insurers, corporate/institutional health care providers, health practitioners and not-for-profit organisations.

I have extensive experience advising and representing clients in a range of medical negligence claims, vocational disciplinary matters and in coronial inquests. My experience includes providing advice on complex claims involving personal injury and psychological and psychiatric injuries. I regularly represent health practitioners in vocational regulation disputes with national health boards, including in immediate action proposals by the Medical Board of Australia and investigations by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
