• Major urban regeneration - including many of Western Australia's landmark projects such as Perth’s New Northbridge, Riverside Project, Elizabeth Quay, Perth City Link, Claisebrook Village, Subi Centro and Midland Railway Workshops Project
• Dexus - various matters including: due diligence on acquisition of prospective industrial sites; titling and easement issues at Kings Square; retail and commercial office leasing at Kings Square, 240 St Georges Terrace and Alluvion Building; and re-negotiation of ING Lease at 46 Colin Street, West Perth
• Peet Limited - large scale property developments including preparation of heads of agreement, contract and development agreements for Shorehaven at Alkimos
• Frasers Property - strata titled developments including preparation of management statements and contract documentation and attending to settlements
