I also advise the Crown and various self-insured employers on their strategy for handling workers compensation claims, and represent them in disputes.

Before joining MinterEllison, I acted for injured workers, as well as self-insured and self-managed employers. This gave me invaluable experience understanding the different perspectives of all the key parties involved in this challenging field.

• Instructed on numerous high-profile workers compensation cases, including Yaghoubi & Campbell, Davey and Martin for Return to Work SA
• Advised on workers compensation matters regarding the Return to Work Act 2014 (SA) including proceedings in the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia
• Mapped all possible outcomes and processes in a dispute for MinterEllison’s claims management system, and created precedent letters and documents for the system
