I lead MinterEllison's Project Solutions team, which provides specialist transaction and regulatory advice to energy and resource, infrastructure and government clients. As a trusted advisor to leading energy and resources clients on a range of commercial transactions, I provide commercial advice and assist clients in developing and negotiating transactions and navigating regulatory frameworks.

Acting exclusively in the energy and resources sector, I focus on M&A, joint ventures and other complex transactions. I am also the firm's co-leader of our modern slavery practice. My longstanding clients include global mining companies, international joint venture participants and government owned corporations. With a focus on Australian projects and transactions, I also have transaction experience across Asia, the Middle-East, North Africa and the UK.
