Gillian Brown

Gillian Brown is a former Chair of Minter Ellison heads our Queensland Finance team. She is a leading corporate and project lawyer with extensive experience in energy and resources, infrastructure and construction project financing.

Gillian advises infrastructure funds, listed companies, banks, universities and government agencies on wide-ranging project financings spanning wind farms, power stations, ports, hospitals, mines and refineries, major property and tourism developments.

She has particular expertise in public sector borrowing and debt capital markets.

Some long-standing clients include all four major Australian banks and Infrastructure Capital Group.

A recipient of CFO Magazine’s Project Finance Deal of the Year award, Gillian’s pre-eminent banking and finance expertise is widely noted in leading industry guides.

She is a director of Australian Rail Track Corporation.
