In this session we will explore recent trends in dispute resolution in the construction industry, including Dispute Boards (DBs), Expert Determinations, Facilitations and Senior Executive Appraisals. We are very fortunate to be joined by Pamela Jack, Director at Pam Jack Advisory, who has extensive experience sitting on Dispute Boards on major infrastructure projects.

Gain insights into Expert Determination –including how to avoid the issues that parties commonly encounter in commencing and enforcing Expert Determinations. Learn about ad hoc Facilitations, Senior Executive Appraisals and multi-party mediations, which can be tailored to the precise circumstances of the dispute so as to bring a pragmatic and business-focused approach to dispute resolution.

We look forward to you joining us to explore the adoption of innovative dispute resolution trends that are reshaping the construction industry.
