We acted for Hostplus, one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds (with over $47b funds under management), in the renegotiation and finalisation of its Administration and Custody Agreement with Link Group (Link). Our role in this matter included advising on a significant regulatory uplift of the fund’s current arrangements with Link.
