• Allegro Funds – represented the investor in its due diligence and acquisition of Healthy Life Group, a retailer and wholesale distributor of specialty health food products with more than 50 stores around Australia
• Fullshare Holdings – assisted with the acquisition of a 90 per cent stake in Sparrow Early Learning
• Australian Unity – advised on the first Environmental Upgrade Agreement in NSW
• Lendlease – represented the developer in relation to a mixed-use development project at Morpeth, combining residential, retirement living, heritage-listed and aged care elements. The development involved precinct subdivisions under a community land title scheme; off-the-plan sales of residential and retirement living premises; and amendments to the precinct plan and uses
• Inchcape Australia Limited – acted in the acquisition of Trivett Automotive Group Pty Ltd
• Infinite Aged Care – worked on the acquisition of five aged care facilities in South Australia and two aged care facilities in NSW
• The Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia Limited – represented HCF in the sale of aged care facilities and retirement villages
