Joanne Moore
Partner, Sydney
I am a passionate real estate and infrastructure specialist. I have more than 20 years' experience advising major clients such as the NSW Government on complex large scale property and infrastructure matters, including acquisitions, commercial contracts and leasing, contract due diligence, major projects, property and precinct developments, sales and statutory vestings.

Having previously worked in a senior legal role within the NSW Government, I have also advised on the Rail Safety National Law (NSW), the Transport Administration Act 1988 (NSW) and associated rail operational issues.

I am proud of my extensive government and property experience, especially in the areas of major property and infrastructure development, easements, leasing, commercial contracts and rail safety advisory work.
