Matthew Glenn
Partner, Brisbane
I am an experienced property lawyer with a speciality in major projects. I work collaboratively across the industry in order to develop new precincts and places for Queensland and across Australia. I have acted on a number of Australia's largest infrastructure and development projects, including the redevelopment of Toondah Harbour, Herston Quarter, Springfield City, the RNA showgrounds and also the development of substantial infrastructure such as ports, railways, pipelines and coal handling terminals.

I specialise in structured transactions, urban renewal, major precinct development and other place making projects. I have a strong understanding of the complexities and commercial drivers of these projects, including the importance of deal structuring and risk assessments at early stages to ensure successful delivery of projects.

I also act on residential developments, including off-the-plan contracts, leasing and the sale and purchase of real property.
