Mark Treffers
I advise business and government clients on how to manage litigation risk, by focusing on resolving claims for damages and protecting against regulatory exposure when incidents occur.

I have worked on a wide range of compensation claims and regulatory based proceedings, many of which concern sensitive personal and business mishaps.

Rather than just recommending or reaching a settlement on any arguable basis, I collaborate with my team and our clients to achieve an evidence-based, openly negotiated resolution that accords with business and community expectations.

My goal is to bring about a result that is balanced, ethical and without controversy.
